Payment Terms:

Payment terms through the web store are subject to change according to the following guidelines. Special consideration may be made for repeat customers at our discretion.

U.S. Orders and Canada:

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, and Discover® through our secure site. Your billing address must match your credit card billing information. If payment is made by personal check (must be in U.S. Dollars), we will ship once the check has cleared our bank (held for 10 days).
 
If payment is made by Money Order or Cashier’s Check (must be in U.S. Dollars), we will ship as soon as possible upon receipt of payment.

European Union:

We accept Visa®, Master Card®, and Discover® through our secure site.  European orders will be filled by eM-4-Miniatures in England.
 
If you desire to pay by a different method, please contact eM-4 directly for details: http://www.em4miniatures.com/. If some of your order is out of stock, we will contact you with details, and may handle your order directly. If we handle your order, you will be subject to the payment terms for “all other locations”.

For us to accept payment by credit card, we must ship to your credit card billing address, and receive a delivery confirmation. Your shipping address must match your credit card billing address.
 
Delivery confirmations are usually impossible for most locations in the world, so we only accept pre-payment for those locations.  Pre-payments may only be made in U.S. Dollars.  We accept Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks and Bank wires.  Please email us for details.

Shipping and Handling Terms:

The shipping quote given through the web store is an estimate and is subject to change. Customers who accidentally charge themselves higher shipping will automatically have it adjusted to the correct lower amount.

U.S. orders,
Continental U.S.:

We charge a flat $10.00 Shipping and Handling fee. Orders may be shipped by UPS Ground, or USPS first class depending on availability.  Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Expedited or special shipping services are available at cost; please call for details.

U.S. orders,
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Possessions & APO/FPO:

We charge a flat $10.00 Shipping and Handling fee**. Orders will be shipped by USPS first class.  Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.  Expedited/special shipping services may be available at cost; please call for details.

Canada:

We charge a flat $15.00 Shipping and Handling fee**. Orders will be shipped by the USPS.  Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.  Expedited/special shipping services may be available at cost; please call for details.

European Union:

We charge a flat $15.00 Shipping and Handling fee**. European orders will be filled by eM-4-Miniatures in England. Please contact them directly for shipping details: http://www.em4miniatures.com/. If we handle your order because of product availability, you will be subject to the shipping terms for “all other locations”.

All other locations:

Please email us for details. We ship by the United States Post Service (USPS) at customer cost. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. In order to pay with a credit card, we must be able to receive a delivery confirmation and we must ship to your credit card billing address. On average, orders that are pre-paid will cost less to ship than orders paid by credit card. 
 
**Shipping cost for a BattleHive®, Combat Mat® and other non-dice accessories may be more; you will be notified of any potential changes.
