TERMS & CONDITIONS
for Dragon Bones GenCon Indy Contest
1. The draw will be made on Friday,
19th June 2003. It will include the Certificate
Numbers of all sets sold up to 18th June 2003 and
the entries made without purchase sent to the Promoter
(see No purchase necessary below). 10 numbers will
be drawn and published on the website of em4miniatures
and Crystal Caste.
The first number drawn will be the winner and identified
as such. The holders of all the published numbers
need to contact us by email by 18.00 hours BST (17.00
hours GMT), on the 25th June 2003. In the event
of the winner not claiming the prize by the specified
time, the second number drawn will become the winner.
If the holder of that number has not contacted us,
the third number becomes the winner and so on until
a winner has been identified. The rest of the drawn
number holders will qualify for consolation prizes
of em4 product.
2. Entrants must be 14 years or over.
3. The GenCon trip will only be awarded if the winner
is at least 18 years old. In the event of a younger
winner, the prize will be US$1000).
4. No purchase necessary. To enter without purchase
for the same chance to win, write your name, address,
telephone number and (if applicable) email address
clearly on a piece of plain paper and send it to
em4miniatures, Dragon Bones, PO Box 27, Ruthin,
LL15 2ZS UK. Proof of posting is not a proof of
receipt. Only one entry per stamped envelope, per
person, per day. No entries may be made on your
behalf by agents or third parties. The Promoter
cannot be responsible for no purchase necessary
entries lost in transit. Winners will be listed
on the em4miniatures
website and Crystal
Caste website.
5. Prizes must be claimed by 18.00 hours BST (17.00
hours GMT), on the 25th June 2003.
6. Prize fund consists of one trip for one person
to GenCon 2003 including flights, accommodation
and entry to GenCon 2003 and nine runner-up prizes
of em4miniatures products to the value of US$50
for each runner-up.
7. Winner must provide photographic proof of age
failing which they will receive the alternative
cash prize.
8. Damaged, defaced or photocopied Certificates
will not be accepted.
9. Incomplete and illegible claims or those not
in accordance with the entry rules are invalid.
10. The promoter and its representatives reserve
the right to refuse to redeem Certificates at its
absolute discretion if the Certificates appear to
be tampered with, damaged or defaced, forged or
reconstructed. In addition, where proof of age is
required, if the identification provided is illegible
or otherwise incorrect, then the Promoter and its
representatives may at their sole discretion refuse
to fulfil the prize. The Promoter’s decision
is final in respect of all aspects of the promotion
including verifying genuine Certificates.
11. No cash or alternatives in whole or in part
of any of the specified prizes will be offered except
where specifically stated.
12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the
promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative
prize of equal or greater value.
13. A list of Dragon Bones promotion prize draw
winners will be published on em4minatures
website and Crystal
Caste website.
14. By entering the prize draw, you agree to be
bound by these terms and conditions.
