The Velociraptor is a genus of dromaeosaurid theropod dinosaur that lived approximately 75 to 71 million years ago during the later part of the Cretaceous Period. Its name in Latin means "swift seizer" This is by far one of the best specimens to show the cellular structure of the fossil. They are beautiful!
